Chili or pepper is a popular vegetable plant that everyone grows in their garden but there are a lot of problems while growing them so today I will discuss some of the main problems and give solutions to fix them.

Seeds do not germinate

If the temperature of your location is not more than 26°C then you can germinate the seeds in a warm place inside the house.

Although chili seeds germinate in all seasons in India, but the main reason for the non-germination of seeds is temperature, as it requires at least 26°C.

If your plant is leaning then you should keep the pot in a shady place.

Chilli plant drooping occurs due to overheating and direct exposure to the sun and when the plant does not receive proper water.

You will need to repot the plant in a new pot and add compost.

Mainly the growth of chilli plant is stunted if you are growing them without transplanting.

If you see yellowing of two or three leaves, pluck them from the plant or you can replace the soil with well-drained, loamy soil.

To get rid of this problem, water the soil as needed, about 2-3 inches per week.

The main reason for the buds falling from the plants is over watering or giving less water to the plants.

Chillies are self-pollinated and do not require insects, but they do require wind or gentle shaking to pollinate, so if you grow indoors you will need to pollinate by hand.

The main problem with flower drop is lack of pollination, which occurs when plants are grown indoors.

It is best to remove the infected part of the plant or use the organic insecticide neem oil.

There are many pests such as aphids, cutworms, and flea beetles that stunt the growth of pepper or chili plants.
